Multi-Camp WiFi, Voucher & Network Management
Built for a remote safari operation running multiple camps across the Okavango Delta, and extended since to cover every camp from one place. Reception staff issue guest and staff WiFi access themselves — from a web portal or straight from Telegram — and head office can see and manage all camps without flying anyone out.

POS Dashboard & Daily Cashup Bot
A retail client needed a cleaner way to see their POS data and run end-of-day cashup without chasing people manually. We built a live dashboard that reads directly from their POS database, plus a Telegram bot that prompts managers each evening to collect cashup figures and stock variances.

Technician Job Scheduler & Telegram Bot
A field services company needed a better way to manage daily technician jobs and get end-of-day updates without an inbox full of WhatsApp messages. We built a scheduling system with a Telegram bot that each technician uses throughout their day — no app to install, no training required.

BHS Spiritual Guide — AI Website Chatbot
Botswana Hindu Society wanted a way for visitors to their website to get instant answers about Hindu scriptures, temple timings, and religious content — in English or Hindi. We built and sponsor a custom AI chatbot embedded directly on their site, available around the clock as a floating widget.

Luxury Safari Booking System
A full booking platform for a luxury safari operation in the Okavango Delta, covering 6 camps. Guests browse, book, and pay online. The admin team manages bookings, flight details, and guest communications through a separate dashboard, with automated emails and WhatsApp notifications.

Asset Management System
An organisation managing physical assets across multiple locations needed to get off spreadsheets. We built a simple web system that tracks equipment, assigns it to staff, logs maintenance history, and generates reports for audits and insurance — all in one place that anyone can use.

Emergency Response Back Office & Dispatch
Ghanzi Rural Responders is a volunteer emergency response unit covering a large rural district. We built and sponsor their back office: a membership roster, subscription and finance records members can actually see, committee minutes, duty rosters, and zone-based dispatch that reaches responders on Telegram — no app for anyone to install.

Offline-First Point of Sale (Mopari)
A bar with two tills and a back office kept losing trade every time the line went down. We built a Windows till that holds its own copy of the prices and stock, so a sale completes with no network at all — then syncs to the other till and the office once the connection is back. It is running live in the shop it was built for, and we are now taking it to other retailers.
- Every till works standalone — outages do not stop trading
- Tills reconcile with each other and the back office afterwards
- Price and VAT recorded on each sale line, so history stays correct
- Cashup, shift and stock variance reporting
- Installs on existing Windows hardware
